Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, while nice with a comfy bed and bathroom, overlooked a noisy alleyway and had a poor view into the neighbor's living room. The staff, though very helpful and approachable, made up for any room inconveniences. The location was superb, close to everything I wanted to see in the city within a short walking distance. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and the view into the neighbors' living room was not ideal.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful. The rooms were not only clean and comfortable but also offered a spectacular view of the Alhambra from small balconies in both the bedroom and bathroom. The service was top-notch with staff going above and beyond to provide information and assistance. The location couldn't have been better, nestled right next to the Muslim quarter with plenty of dining and shopping options. The dining experience was exquisite, offering an array of fresh and delicious items. The hotel had excellent facilities that added to the overall experience.
Staying on the first floor right on the Main Street, my room was comfy with a view of the snow-capped Sierra Nevada and the Alhambra from the velux windows. The service was incredible, especially when booking a visit to the Alhambra. The hotel's location, near major attractions and transportation, made it special.
The hotel provided excellent customer service and maintained a high standard in the rooms despite some issues like a broken mirror and phone. The front desk staff tried to offer an alternative when the reserved room was unavailable.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, but I faced some issues as there were two singles pushed together with single bedding, and there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room. The restaurant was closed for renovations, which was inconvenient. However, the room was spotless, cozy, and offered a spectacular view of the Alhambra.
The hotel rooms were noisy due to their location on the main road, and we couldn't enjoy one item from the minibar as it was expired. However, the fantastic customer service and high standard of the rooms elevated our stay.
